Jim, the owner, was kind enough to go through the report section by section (which I received the morning following the inspection) and explain what it all meant. He explained everything to us throughout the inspection, and give us tips for better home maintenance as he moved from one area of the home to other. As a first time buyer, things can get overwhelming, but Jim made the whole process stress free. The quality of this report was top notch, with several pictures that made it self explanatory. Report itself was super detailed and very well organized. Jim's experience and dedication to his craft was evident as we progressed through the inspection.
